细菌纤维素(BC)因其独特性能被广泛应用于医药、食品等领域,目前其高产量菌株筛选、合成成本降低及合成途径改良等成为研究热点。本文依据国内外文献并结合团队研究成果对BC合成与鉴定的相关研究进行综述。首先对BC合成菌筛选及碳源利用的研究进行了分析,总结了降低BC合成成本的研究思路。其次对鉴定菌株合成产物的方法进行了归纳,总结了不同方法的特点。然后结合本团队筛选出的BC生产菌XJL-06-4 BC合成酶基因分析结果,综述了BC合成途径、合成酶存在形式以及基因水平调控作用,为BC在分子水平上通过改变合成途径提高产量提供新思路。最后,总结BC微生物发酵生产存在的问题,多角度提出解决方案。  相似文献

Flexible papers constructed by one-dimensional nanowires have attracted much attention due to their various applications. Herein, a novel nonwoven fabric with paper-like qualities composed of zinc blende SiC (β-SiC) nanowires was fabricated by a scalable rolling process. The SiC nanowires were synthesized by the carbothermal reduction reaction of the carbon fiber and carbonaceous silica xerogel. The crystal phase, morphology and microscopic structure of the as-prepared SiC nanowires were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The nanowire vapor–solid growth mechanism and preparation process for SiC nanowire nonwoven fabric were also discussed. The freestanding SiC nanowire nonwoven fabric exhibited high flexibility, high mechanical strength, excellent refractory performance and thermal stability. With high flexibility, high mechanical strength, superior nonflammability and thermal stability, the flexible paper-like 3C-SiC nanowire nonwoven fabric materials would be expected to have some potential applications, such as ceramic matrix composites, metal matrix composites, energy storage, catalyst supports, radiation-proof fabric, filtration and separation.  相似文献

To solve the special requirements of the high orbit optical remote sensing-satellite for the thermal deformation of the platform, the thermal deformation test and measurement scheme of the satellite platform is designed. Through the comparative analysis of test results, the rationality of the thermal deformation design of the platform structure is verified. The results of thermal deformation measurement show that the maximum deformation of A camera mounting surface is 57.5~〃, and the maximum deformation of B camera mounting surface points to 79.3~〃, which can be used as the basis for thermal deformation prediction of satellite during the orbit operation.  相似文献

Breast cancer is one of the most common female malignancies, as well as the second leading cause of mortality for women. Early detection and treatment can dramatically decrease the mortality rate. Recently, automated breast volume scanner (ABVS) has become one of the most frequently used diagnose methods for breast tumor screening because of its operator-independent and reproducible advantages. However, it is a challenging job to obtain the tumors’ accurate locations and shapes by reviewing hundreds of ABVS slices. In this paper, a novel computer-aided detection (CADe) system is developed to reduce clinicians’ reading time and improve the efficiency. The CADe system mainly contains three parts: tumor candidate acquisition, false-positive reduction and tumor segmentation. Firstly, a local phase-based approach is built to obtain breast tumor candidates for further recognition. Subsequently, a convolutional neural network (CNN) is applied to reduce false positives (FPs). The introduction of CNN can help to avoid complicated feature extraction as well as elevate the accuracy and efficiency. Finally, superpixel-based segmentation is used to outline the breast tumor. Here, superpixel-based local binary pattern (SLBP) is proposed to assist the segmentation, which improves the performance. The methods were evaluated on a clinical ABVS dataset whose abnormal cases were manually labeled by an experienced radiologist. The experiment results were mainly composed of two parts. At the FP reduction stage, the proposed CNN achieved 100% and 78.12% sensitivity with FPs/case of 2.16 and 0. At the segmentation stage, our SLBP obtained 82.34% true positive, 15.79% false positive and 83.59% Dice similarity. In summary, the proposed CADe system demonstrated promising potential to detect and outline breast tumors in ABVS images.

复杂网络最短路径经典算法的处理效率较低,不适用于大规模复杂网络,而现有近似算法通用性有限,且计算准确率不理想,不能满足规模日益扩大的复杂网络中的最短路径计算需求。针对于此,提出基于[k]-shell的复杂网络最短路径近似算法。算法利用节点的[k]-shell值进行网络划分并引导搜索路径,利用超点聚合处理[k]-shell子网来降低路径搜索中节点和连边的规模,通过在路径搜索过程使用双向搜索树方法提高算法的计算效率和准确率。实验结果表明,算法通用性较好,在现实与仿真大规模复杂网络中均具有较高的计算效率和准确率。  相似文献

To design a clinically translatable nanomedicine for photodynamic theranostics, the ingredients should be carefully considered. A high content of nanocarriers may cause extra toxicity in metabolism, and multiple theranostic agents would complicate the preparation process. These issues would be of less concern if the nanocarrier itself has most of the theranostic functions. In this work, a poly(ethylene glycol)‐boron dipyrromethene amphiphile (PEG‐F54‐BODIPY) with 54 fluorine‐19 (19F) is synthesized and employed to emulsify perfluorohexane (PFH) into a theranostic nanoemulsion (PFH@PEG‐F54‐BODIPY). The as‐prepared PFH@PEG‐F54‐BODIPY can perform architecture‐dependent fluorescence/photoacoustic/19F magnetic resonance multimodal imaging, providing more information about the in vivo structure evolution of nanomedicine. Importantly, this nanoemulsion significantly enhances the therapeutic effect of BODIPY through both the high oxygen dissolving capability and less self‐quenching of BODIPY molecules. More interestingly, PFH@PEG‐F54‐BODIPY shows high level of tumor accumulation and long tumor retention time, allowing a repeated light irradiation after a single‐dose intravenous injection. The “all‐in‐one” photodynamic theranostic nanoemulsion has simple composition, remarkable theranostic efficacy, and novel treatment pattern, and thus presents an intriguing avenue to developing clinically translatable theranostic agents.  相似文献
